Land Surveyor – Sewerage, Drainage and Irrigation

About the role

A leading engineering and infrastructure consultancy in Dubai is looking for experienced Land Surveyors. The role suits professionals with a strong background in sewerage, drainage, irrigation and water infrastructure (excluding roads) and offers work on projects across the Emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Perform land and site surveys using advanced surveying instruments, including Total Station and associated software.
• Interpret and analyse survey data to support design and construction teams.
• Oversee project activities to ensure accurate implementation and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of surveys, including field notes, maps and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams so survey data is properly integrated into project plans.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, specifically in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's sewerage, drainage and irrigation network infrastructure.
• Based in Dubai, with working knowledge of the city's geographic and municipal systems.
• Preference for candidates approved by the Dubai Municipality or with prior experience with its systems; those without approval must pass the Dubai Survey Department's theory and practical assessment (fee of AED 3,000 paid by the candidate and reimbursed after passing).

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
