Landlord Relations Officer - Arabic speaker

About the role

As a Landlord Relations Officer at Deluxe Holiday Homes you will be the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You will maintain strong relationships with owners and coordinate communication between them and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to owner inquiries covering financial matters, utilities, payouts, banking procedures, listings, pricing, availability, inventory, and access card management.
• Provide clear, accurate information via phone, messaging platforms, and email.
• Log unresolved queries, generate tickets, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Gather information from prospective owners to support property acquisition.
• Record and manage deals using HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, reservations, inventory, and operations teams to fulfill owner requests.
• Manage escalation process for unresolved issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Produce detailed reports on owner interactions and issue resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Collaborative attitude and attention to detail; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
