Laundry Attendant – Hotel Operations

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network in Dubai, where hospitality and sustainability go hand‑in‑hand. As a Laundry Attendant you will support daily linen and uniform services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laundry operations for linens and uniforms, following established cycles and textile care procedures.
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely, complying with health and safety regulations and maintaining machinery.
• Keep the work area clean and organised, complete daily checklists, and report equipment malfunctions or linen damage.
• Process lost‑and‑found items and take part in monthly inventory counts.
• Adhere to schedules, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate logbooks and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
