Lead AI Creative Designer

About the role

Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Engage Studio's GenAI Creative capability within Marketing at First Abu Dhabi Bank, combining hands‑on design expertise with delivery, quality assurance and user enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate in line with FAB policies, governance, risk controls and regulatory obligations while maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality and responsible GenAI use.
• Create and assess campaign assets, digital layouts, banners and templates using graphic design expertise and Engage Studio’s GenAI tools, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Provide product feedback, test scenarios and prioritisation inputs to improve Engage Studio’s usability, design controls and brand governance.
• Develop creative assets for pilots and live campaigns, review them for visual quality, brand consistency and campaign requirements before sign‑off.
• Deliver enablement materials, demonstrations and guidance to Marketing teams to drive effective adoption of Engage Studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in graphic design and multi‑channel campaign asset production within a brand‑led environment.
• Practical experience using GenAI‑enabled creative tools to generate, refine and review visual concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Marketing, Brand, agencies and governance stakeholders.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.
