Lead AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of production‑grade AI solutions for enterprise and smart‑city initiatives. The role blends hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and solution architecture, with a focus on Generative AI, large language models, computer vision, and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and launch AI/ML services across cloud, on‑premises, and GPU environments.
• Design Generative AI, LLM, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and computer‑vision pipelines, including prompt engineering and vector‑database integration.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices: model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, GPU utilization, and cost.
• Collaborate with software teams to embed AI capabilities into .NET, web, mobile, and IoT platforms.
• Lead technical proof‑of‑concepts and transition successful prototypes into production‑ready products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading AI teams or projects.
• Proven track record taking AI solutions from PoC to scalable production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system‑design skills.
