Lead Cardiovascular Technologist

About the role

King's College Hospital London Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Cardiovascular Technologist to oversee and support high‑quality cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional services within a multidisciplinary, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Cardiovascular Technology team.
• Perform and oversee non‑invasive and invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures such as ECG, Holter monitoring, stress testing, echocardiography support, and cardiac catheterisation.
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, international standards and hospital policies.
• Monitor equipment performance, quality assurance and infection control practices.
• Participate in staff training, competency assessments and continuous professional development.
• Coordinate workflow and scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support departmental quality improvement and accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
• Valid DHA licence or eligibility letter as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Minimum 5 years of cardiovascular technology experience, including Cath Lab work.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a JCI‑accredited hospital is an advantage.
