Lead Commercial Roofing Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Roofing Technician to join our construction team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of a variety of low‑slope roofing systems while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Install and repair roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single‑ply membranes, coatings and other low‑slope solutions.
• Perform masonry, tuckpointing, concrete restoration, caulking and waterproofing tasks.
• Restore parking garage structures and manage related waterproofing work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors and other team members.

Required profile

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background, drug and physical screenings.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and lift at least 50 lb.
• Experience in general construction, commercial roofing or building envelope work is a plus.
