Lead Engagement Specialist – Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Engagement Specialist to join our sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound tele‑sales, engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Identify customer requirements and present appropriate products or services.
• Generate and convert leads to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Handle objections, answer questions and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer‑facing sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Hindi is a plus.
• Target‑oriented with a persuasive communication style.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
