About the role

This remote position is for a Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality meetings that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients that match the target profile.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, personalized email campaigns and AI-assisted outreach.
Conduct introductory conversations, present value propositions and handle objections.
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate pipeline records.
Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to personalize outreach and improve productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and consistently meet lead-generation targets.

Required profile

Self-motivated professional with proven outbound sales experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Confidence presenting solutions to business decision‑makers.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily activities.
