Lead Generation & Sales Development Executive - International B2B

About the role

A results-driven professional is sought to generate international B2B leads, run multichannel outreach campaigns and develop qualified sales opportunities using AI tools, automation and modern sales platforms. The focus is on companies needing EOR, workforce management, staffing, payroll and HR outsourcing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target international companies requiring EOR, workforce management, staffing, payroll and HR outsourcing services.
• Research decision-makers and build verified prospect databases across the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
• Run cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp follow-ups and cold calling.
• Use AI tools and sales automation to streamline prospecting, personalise outreach and manage follow-ups.
• Identify global EOR providers, recruitment agencies and outsourcing companies for potential partnerships.
• Qualify leads, engage prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Manage CRM pipelines, optimise outreach campaigns and meet lead generation and sales development targets.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of proven experience in international B2B lead generation, outreach and sales development.
• Proven ability to build and manage targeted cold email campaigns and multichannel outreach strategies.
• Experience identifying international decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified sales meetings.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, lead qualification, campaign performance and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent English communication, research and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in EOR, staffing, recruitment or HR outsourcing is preferred.
