Lead Interior Designer – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Lead Interior Designer will drive the creative vision for large‑scale luxury hospitality projects, guiding concepts from initial design through construction and final delivery while collaborating closely with senior design leadership and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale hospitality projects or multiple smaller projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop design concepts, narratives, presentations, mood boards and material palettes.
• Mentor and motivate interior design teams, ensuring high creative and technical standards.
• Oversee drawings, FF&E, finishes and specifications.
• Manage client presentations, relationships, project scope, variations and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants across disciplines.
• Support site delivery through review of shop drawings, samples, mock‑ups, inspections and snagging.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio of luxury hospitality projects.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, interior architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering projects for international luxury hotel brands.
• Excellent knowledge of FF&E, finishes, sanitaryware, hardware and material specification.
• Strong creative, presentation, freehand sketching and design storytelling abilities.
• Experience leading design teams and managing senior client relationships.
• Proficiency in Revit.
