Graphic Designer

About the role

IFF is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join its Dubai office. You will act as a creative director, shaping visual concepts that bring IFF fragrances to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in‑store displays.
• Create packaging mock‑ups, label graphics and immersive brand experiences.
• Produce presentations that support customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
• Research trends in campaigns, AI, packaging and colors, translating insights into creative concepts.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio in beauty, luxury or advertising design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for the fragrance industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with generative AI tools for visual and video creation, including prompting and art‑directing outputs.
• Understanding of print production processes.
