About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Nurturing Agent to join Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS) in Dubai. You will manage the admissions journey from the first enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a warm and professional experience for parents.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries within 24 hours, log interactions and update lead status in the CRM.
- Call parents, schedule nursery tours, and follow up with post‑tour communications.
- Handle walk‑in, event and community leads, adding them to the CRM and sending timely thank‑you messages.
- Support applicants in completing online applications and convert them to admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead stages, clean up outdated records and report on CRM data.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, sales or admissions, preferably in education.
- Warm, empathetic personality with a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Target‑driven and proactive in follow‑ups.
