About the role
We are seeking a Lead OutSystems Developer with over 7 years of software development experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications. The role combines strong OutSystems expertise with hands‑on .NET/C# and Oracle experience, technical leadership, and team management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using OutSystems Reactive Web and Traditional Web.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture, and development plans.
- Manage and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
- Design and oversee integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle databases, and .NET services.
- Coordinate technical decisions, sprint delivery, code reviews, testing, releases, and production support.
Required profile
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands‑on OutSystems development.
- Proven experience managing development teams and leading technical delivery.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, Reactive Web, and reusable components.
- Hands‑on experience with C#/.NET development and Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs.
