Lead Product Manager – Consumer Products

Key responsibilities

• Plan product launches – define messaging, target audience, channels and success metrics.
• Curate campaigns – ensure consistent product presentation across social, in‑app, owned media and on‑ground activations.
• Define reach strategy – collaborate with growth and commercial teams to maximise coverage across products, customers and markets.
• Own adoption – work with product managers to guarantee launches resonate with all customer segments and iterate for improvement.
• Track industry trends – monitor regional and category trends and turn timely moments into launch opportunities.
• Market the entire product – showcase both feature and business/value propositions to drive growth.

Required profile

• 6+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, brand or social, preferably in e‑commerce, marketplace or consumer app.
• MBA or BTech from a Tier‑1 college is preferred.
• Proven launches with measurable results and evidence of personal content creation (videos, posts, activations).
• Deep understanding of how content spreads on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, X and WhatsApp.
• Comfort using AI tools for writing, images and video, with good judgement on quality.
• Ability to partner as an equal with product managers rather than acting as a late‑stage hand‑off.
