Lead Videographer & Content Producer

About the role

Augmented Era is seeking a Lead Videographer & Content Producer to own video projects from concept through final export. You will capture live events, product launches and executive communications while travelling frequently across Europe and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit videos for product launches, campaigns, social media, executive communications, podcasts, and international events.
• Turn event footage into short‑form clips, recaps and longer videos for multiple platforms.
• Develop concepts, shot lists, interview questions and production plans with the marketing team.
• Direct presenters, executives and guests on‑camera, ensuring high‑quality sound and image.
• Manage camera, audio and lighting setups, back‑up footage, organise files and hand over projects.
• Prepare content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Support livestream production and review content performance to improve future videos.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional videography and editing experience, including live‑event coverage.
• Portfolio demonstrating personally filmed and edited event and social content.
• Strong storytelling ability to create clear, engaging narratives.
• Confidence operating professional cameras, audio gear and lighting equipment.
• Fluent English and professional communication with executives and partners.
• Availability for frequent international travel and ability to meet travel requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one professional editing platform (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro).
• Motion‑graphics tools such as After Effects, CapCut or AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experience with professional cameras, audio equipment and lighting setups.
