Lean Six Sigma Manager – 2 Year Contract

About the role

EDGE’s corporate learning centre, BRIDGE, is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Trainer to develop organizational capability through world‑class continuous improvement training and coaching. The role will lead delivery of Yellow, Green and Black Belt programs and support business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programmes across Yellow, Green and Black Belt levels.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, blended and simulation‑based learning experiences.
• Coach and mentor project teams throughout the DMAIC lifecycle.
• Create learning materials, case studies, simulations, assessments and certification criteria.
• Support transformation initiatives by facilitating Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping and problem‑solving workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
• 7+ years of experience delivering Lean Six Sigma training and coaching improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC, Design of Experiments, SPC).
• Statistical analysis tools, particularly Minitab.
• Process mapping, waste elimination, root‑cause analysis.
• Workshop facilitation and executive presentation delivery.
