Learning Associate, Learning and Development

About the role

The Learning Associate supports the coordination and execution of training programs across all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with instructors, peer trainers and operations teams to ensure effective learning experiences for new hires and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise instructors and peer trainers working with new hires.
• Deliver instructor training, observation and coaching to meet MEATR standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records through the console.
• Ensure MEATR training materials are delivered consistently and provide a positive learning experience.
• Analyze daily data to improve new‑hire learning outcomes.
• Provide feedback to instructors, peer trainers and new‑hire groups on performance.
• Complete all tests and audits, tracking responses.
• Organise instructor assignments and monitor cross‑training to support peak skill requirements.
• Collaborate with operations on skill matrices to identify gaps for critical‑role training.
• Support the delivery of critical‑role training and improve processes based on feedback and data analysis.
• Assist in recruiting instructors and peer trainers.
• Participate in meetings and provide required information.
• Partner with agency managers to enhance new‑hire performance.
• Contribute to MEATR‑level projects with feedback and improvements.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Graduate or post‑graduate education.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
