Learning Associate – Training & Development

About the role

The Learning Associate supports the coordination and execution of training programs across all process paths in an Amazon Fulfillment Center. This role ensures training effectiveness, maintains accurate records, and contributes to continuous improvement of learning experiences for new hires and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver instructor training, observation, and coaching following the MEATR standard.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records and ensure MEATR training materials are delivered as required.
• Analyze daily data to improve the new‑hire learning experience and provide feedback to instructors and peer trainers.
• Organize instructor assignments, monitor cross‑training, and support peak‑skill requirements.
• Collaborate with operations on skill matrices, identify gaps, and support critical‑role training delivery.
• Assist in recruiting instructors and peer trainers, and attend required meetings.
• Support MEATR level projects by providing feedback and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Graduate or post‑graduate education.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts.
