Learning & Development Intern

About the role

The Learning & Development Intern will support the L&D team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, helping to create a positive learning environment and drive service excellence. This role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining records, and promoting the hotel’s learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and uphold Mandarin Oriental’s Learning & Development standards.
• Support the hotel’s mission, values and legendary quality experiences.
• Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing the hotel L&D plan.
• Coordinate, execute and follow up on all training activities.
• Maintain L&D notice board, records, reports and training materials.
• Conduct product knowledge tests and in‑house audits.
• Champion colleague recognition initiatives.
