Leasing Consultant

About the role

Join PRYPCO as a Leasing Consultant and own a specialist community of property owners. You will build relationships, source listings and support buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect property owners daily and develop a personal portfolio of listings.
• Generate, qualify and manage buyer and seller opportunities, conducting viewings and providing professional advice.
• Negotiate offers, manage transactions from enquiry to completion and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with PRYPCU Mortgage and Property Management to identify cross‑service opportunities.

Required profile

• Ambitious, proactive and results‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Confidence in prospecting new business and closing deals in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Previous Dubai real‑estate or sales experience is advantageous; UAE driving licence preferred.
