Assistant Manager Soft FM Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager Soft FM Services will ensure client requirements for facilities services are met or exceeded, overseeing service delivery, quality, and technical matters while managing client relationships and in‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction for services such as landscaping, pest control, outdoor cleaning, waste management, water features and flag hanging.
• Provide technical support to the Soft FM team for preparing Aconex letters.
• Supervise quality of service delivered by third‑party contractors and conduct site inspections.
• Evaluate contractor performance with the Third Party Services Department and drive service improvements.
• Respond to urgent client issues with appropriate solutions and maintain health‑and‑safety standards.
• Manage property budgets, prevent overspend, and approve procurement of spare parts.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and prioritize technical issues based on client criticality.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of facility management experience with strong client management focus.
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or similar certification is recommended.
• UAE driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of contract management and performance evaluation methodology.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
