Legal Advisor

About the role

Fam Investment, a subsidiary of Fam Holding focused on real‑estate investment in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor. You will provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with UAE laws while supporting the company’s strategic growth and sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment and general business matters.
• Manage legal disputes, claims, notices and coordinate litigation with external counsel.
• Monitor UAE legislative changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Support corporate governance, maintain legal records and handle regulatory filings.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or professional qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience in the UAE, with strong exposure to corporate and commercial law.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
