Legal Advisor – Real Estate, Construction & Corporate Law

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support across our real estate development, construction, and corporate activities in the UAE. The role involves safeguarding the company’s legal interests, ensuring compliance, and facilitating commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real estate, construction, corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise management on implications.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise contracts such as FIDIC, SPA, lease, JV and service agreements.
• Support real estate acquisitions, developments, sales, leasing and property management.
• Manage disputes, arbitration and litigation, liaising with external counsel and authorities.
• Assist with company incorporation, restructuring, licensing and corporate governance.
• Maintain accurate legal records, contract databases and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised university.
• 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE federal laws, real estate regulations and construction contracts.
• Proven ability to conduct legal risk assessments and provide practical solutions.
