About the role
The Legal & Company Secretarial Officer provides legal and corporate governance support to Abu Dhabi Airports, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and corporate regulations while assisting internal teams and external advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance and interpret UAE and Abu Dhabi laws, regulations and court judgments for Abu Dhabi Airports.
- Maintain statutory registers, corporate governance records and ensure timely filing of regulatory submissions.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies, monitor legislative changes and assist with internal audits.
- Manage corporate entity matters including incorporation, licensing, renewals and organizational changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, government authorities and regulators to address legal and compliance inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (or related field); a Master’s degree in Business or Management is desirable.
- 1–2 years of experience in company secretarial, paralegal or legal functions, preferably within aviation or related industries.
