Legal Consultant – Real Estate & Rental Disputes

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to support our retail group’s property portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on real‑estate law, commercial leasing, and handling rental disputes for stores, offices and warehouses.
Key responsibilities
- Draft memorandums, statements of claim, defenses, pleadings, appeals and other court documents.
- Handle rental disputes, evictions, lease violations, arrears and landlord‑tenant conflicts before the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre and other UAE courts.
- Advise on lease renewals, rental increases, security deposits, service charges and contractual obligations.
- Review property‑related contracts, identify legal risks and coordinate with landlords, mall management, external law firms and authorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in Dubai/UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE laws and Dubai tenancy regulations.
- Proven experience in legal drafting, filing lawsuits, handling appeals and managing rental dispute cases.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
