About the role

This is a high‑profile, ambitious leisure project in the UAE that will be one of the first in‑house legal assignments for the venture. The role offers varied, challenging and rewarding work, allowing you to shape the legal framework of a unique hospitality and leisure initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements across technology, retail, licensing and related sectors.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal business units on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial matters, employment issues and general risk.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate legal support for operational matters throughout the project.
• Handle ad‑hoc legal queries and support the overall execution of the leisure venture.

Required profile

• Qualified in a common‑law jurisdiction with 4–10 years post‑qualification experience.
• In‑house legal experience preferred; law‑firm secondments acceptable.
• Generalist commercial contract background with strong negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Current residence in the UAE preferred, but suitable overseas candidates will be considered.
