About the role
A leading company providing e-commerce solutions for the oil and gas industry is hiring a Legal Executive through its client in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. The role covers employment agreements, contracts and compliance with UAE labour law, and is open to candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and prepare employment agreements and contracts.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other employment-related legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
- Manage legal documentation and employment compliance matters.
- Handle agreements and documentation for multiple companies and jurisdictions.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong experience in agreement drafting, employment documentation, UAE Labour Law and core compliance.
- Monday to Friday working days, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
