About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Legal Expert to join our team remotely in the UAE. The role focuses on commercial fraud, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters within the UAE jurisdiction, requiring fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

Investigate commercial fraud, white‑collar misconduct, and financial risk issues under UAE law.
Develop anti‑money‑laundering (AML), governance, and corporate compliance frameworks.
Manage regulatory filings and ensure statutory compliance with authorities such as CBUAE, SCA, DIFC, and ADGM.
Conduct legal research, review contracts, and draft legal documents in Arabic and English.

Required profile

3–5+ years of UAE legal experience in commercial fraud, compliance, or regulatory advisory.
Bilingual fluency in legal Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE Federal laws, commercial codes, and free‑zone regulations.
