Legal Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Madison Pearl is expanding its Legal team in Dubai and is looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments for leading law firms and corporate clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement, ensuring high service standards.
• Develop search strategies, conduct market mapping and source candidates via databases, networking and referrals.
• Engage with legal professionals, assess fit and present high‑quality candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate and client communication to keep expectations aligned.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legal market trends, salaries and hiring activity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of agency or in‑house recruitment experience (legal recruitment not mandatory).
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with people at all seniority levels.
• Commercially minded, curious and eager to continuously learn about new markets.
• Resilient, results‑driven and open to feedback and development.
• Based in Dubai and seeking a long‑term career in the UAE.
