About the role
The Lifeguard ensures the safety of guests using the pool and beach facilities at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, providing professional and friendly service at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor pool and beach areas to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Enforce water safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
Required profile
- Valid International Lifeguard Certification.
- 1-2 years of lifeguarding experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
Required skills
- Knowledge of water safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Proficiency in rescue techniques and situational awareness.
- Excellent communication in English and strong guest service skills.
