Lifestyle & Household Manager for Private Family

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Lifestyle & Household Manager to support a private family in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines day‑to‑day household operations, staff oversight, and lifestyle coordination, allowing the family to focus on their priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all household operations, including property repairs, garden upkeep, security systems, Wi‑Fi, lighting, water filtration and preventative maintenance.
• Lead household staff recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, visa renewals, uniforms and welfare.
• Manage personal errands, reservations, deliveries, appointments and ad‑hoc requests, ensuring each task is tracked to completion.
• Maintain an asset inventory, handle sales of unused items and manage vehicle registration, insurance, servicing and roadside assistance.
• Coordinate family logistics such as children’s school activities, pet care, consumables and travel preparation.
• Plan and execute family events, dinners and parties, handling guest lists, menus, caterers and vendor relationships.
• Source gifts, manage charitable initiatives and maintain household dashboards, vendor directories and renewal calendars.
