Lifestyle Manager – Arabic Speaking

About the role

As a Lifestyle Manager for Quintessentially Dubai, you will serve our most valuable private and corporate members, handling a wide range of personal and professional requests. Fluent in Arabic, English and French, you will ensure every request – from everyday logistics to exclusive, once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences – is delivered with impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone and in‑person customer service to members.
• Research, curate and present proposals for dining, travel, events and unique experiences.
• Liaise with a global network of suppliers to secure reservations, tickets and limited‑edition items.
• Maintain accurate member records and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Represent Quintessentially at networking events and industry functions.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs related to service quality and member satisfaction.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, luxury brands, executive assistance or servicing UHNW individuals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Arabic and French.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
• Strong online research capabilities and a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and a self‑starter with strong work ethics.
