Listing Coordinator – Abu Dhabi Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Listing Coordinator to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, building relationships with owners, and ensuring our online portals showcase accurate and attractive property information.

Key responsibilities

• Contact property owners and secure new units for listing.
• Gather, verify, and organize property details and required documentation.
• Create and maintain attractive listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
• Update property availability, pricing, photos, and descriptions regularly.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align listings with promotional activities.
• Ensure all listings comply with portal guidelines and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Previous experience in real‑estate listings or owner acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real‑estate market (preferred).
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and confident.
