Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Join a luxury hotel team delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. As a Lobby Ambassador you will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, act as the main point of contact in the lobby, and provide information, directions and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs, arrange transportation, restaurant reservations and other requests, and escort VIPs or special‑occasion guests when required.
• Maintain a visible presence in public areas, promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, wellness offerings and events.
• Support service recovery by promptly addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Previous guest service experience.
• Professional presentation and outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
