About the role
You will warmly welcome and assist guests, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the Front Office within the Rooms Division.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver high‑standard service in line with Hyatt International’s brand standards.
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department.
- Help maintain a safe, professional environment for guests and staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hotel operation experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
- UAE National.
- Ability to meet guest, employee and owner expectations.
