Logistics and Store Officer

About the role

ARENGU is seeking a Logistics and Store Officer to manage store activities, parts handling and warehouse housekeeping for its IFE repair shop in Dubai. The role involves coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the technical publication and maintenance documentation process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, bin, issue and label IFE spare parts, checking for damages or shortages.
• Perform inspections of incoming materials and handle critical item receipts.
• Process material pick slips, arrange distribution and notify supervisors of discrepancies.
• Monitor, order and track critical parts, coordinating with freight forwarders and inventory teams.
• Manage AOG/critical items with main stores and ensure life‑expiration monitoring.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock verification on a regular basis.
• Process bad‑stock items and route investigations as needed.

Required profile

• High National School Certificate (HNC) or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in stock or inventory management.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• General knowledge of logistics, warehousing procedures and statutory regulations.
• Ability to work in a multinational, multicultural warehouse environment, including shift work.
