Logistics Assistant – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to support our daily supply chain and logistics activities. The role will involve coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage transportation, delivery schedules, and tracking to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective movement of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations and cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare, review, and manage all logistics, shipping, and compliance documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs documents).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Lead vendor onboarding activities, including documentation review, compliance checks, due diligence, and ERP/CRM setup.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the main logistics contact for assigned customers and support billing and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of logistics experience in the KSA or GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for vendor onboarding.
• Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Preparation and handling of logistics, shipping and customs documentation.
