Logistics Associate

About the role

Haier Gulf is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to join its team in Dubai. The role covers inbound coordination, stock reporting, outbound deliveries and proof of delivery management, working with warehouse partners, sales and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming shipments, warehouse pre-alerts, clearance instructions and stock availability updates
• Prepare weekly stock availability reports, monitor inventory levels and support stock analysis by product and model
• Maintain PD reconciliation reports and work with Sales to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging and excess inventory and coordinate liquidation plans with relevant departments
• Work with warehouse partners on proper stock handling, storage and damage prevention
• Identify potential stock shortages, delayed shipments and inventory risks
• Coordinate daily outbound deliveries, monitor order dispatches and resolve delivery issues with Sales and Operations
• Collect, verify and upload proof of delivery documents, coordinate with Finance for billing and follow up on pending documents
• Maintain logistics records, process warehouse claims and manage delivery team assignments through customer portals

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics planning, inventory control, warehouse coordination or supply chain operations in the UAE
• Experience in home appliances, electronics or FMCG is preferred
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis
• ERP systems, SAP or warehouse management systems are an advantage
