Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimise our logistics and supply‑chain operations for medical devices. The role involves managing shipments, coordinating with third‑party providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
• Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP regulations for handling, storage, and transport of medical devices.
• Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution.
• Monitor and optimise inventory movement between distribution centres, warehouses and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping procedures.
• Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data‑driven insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead or participate in logistics‑related projects such as system upgrades, vendor evaluations and SOP development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
