About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping and marine activities for our offshore operations. The role focuses on coordinating vessel movements, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily marine logistics in the oil & gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate offshore vessel logistics and operations.
- Track vessel maintenance, certifications, and documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support daily offshore marine operations.
Required profile
- Diploma in Marine, Oil & Gas, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore operations within the oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of offshore vessel operations and marine logistics.
- Experience in asset coordination, vessel documentation, maintenance tracking, and operational reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
