About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily collection of products across multiple locations in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient pickups.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily collection tasks to drivers.
- Monitor collection status, report delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, collection schedules, and completed tasks.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Reservations, Warehouse and other departments.
- Handle minor petty‑cash transactions related to logistics and keep supporting documentation.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations or coordination (preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE locations and road networks.
- Basic understanding of petty‑cash management.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
