Logistics Executive – Delivery Partner Manager

About the role
Amazon is looking for a Logistics Executive to join its Delivery Partner Management team. The role acts as the primary liaison between Amazon and its Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), helping to solve operational challenges and drive performance improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Quickly understand transportation business issues, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Map business requirements, analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, forecasts, budgeting and analysis to uncover opportunities.
- Monitor program performance and own network compliance scores for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure DSP success.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
