Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee daily logistics operations for imported and exported second‑hand and stock‑lot goods at our Sharjah hub. Working on‑site, you will coordinate shipments, manage warehouse movements and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations while supporting global order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and customs authorities.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Manage warehouse activities, track inventory levels and optimise transportation routes and costs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and supply‑chain teams to resolve delivery issues and improve service quality.
• Prepare regular logistics reports, keep clear records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and supply‑chain background with experience in warehousing or import/export, preferably in trading or recycling.
• Effective customer‑facing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sharjah, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of international trade documentation, Incoterms and customs procedures.
