Logistics Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Logistics Finance Business Partner will support JD.COM's logistics operations in Dubai by providing financial planning, analysis, and decision‑support. You will work closely with frontline teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor variances and recommend adjustments.
• Establish KPI frameworks, generate analytical reports and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights for project assessments and strategic execution.
• Identify financial risks such as revenue inflation and delivery fraud, and implement preventive controls.
• Design data models and automation tools, including BI dashboards, to streamline financial processes.
• Lead special projects such as industry research, competitor analysis and financial training.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, resolve bottlenecks and support strategic decision‑making.
• Experience in risk management, cash‑flow monitoring and compliance within a logistics or supply‑chain environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in building financial models and automation tools.
• Experience with business intelligence dashboards and data visualization.
