Logistics Planner

About the role

Noatum Logistics, a top‑50 global freight forwarder, is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage the administrative flow of imports and exports, coordinate documentation, and ensure high‑level customer service within defined time frames.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate imports & exports with internal departments, ensuring a continuous flow of container movement.
• Monitor container availability, issue workable containers to the Operations team, and follow up with clients to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Administration and Stock Controller to guarantee that planned jobs are ready for operations and address stock‑related concerns.
• Work closely with the Operations team to achieve timely job completion and faster container turnaround.
• Escalate and report service issues promptly to prevent rejections, wrong dropping, or delays.
• Report daily container rejections and maintain up‑to‑date reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, maintaining industrial, personal safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• High school graduate; diplomas in logistics, shipping or export are preferred.
• 4‑5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Basic English communication skills and knowledge of a sub‑continent Asian language.
