Logistics Process Planning Manager

About the role

JD.com is looking for a data‑driven Logistics Process Planning Manager to design, optimize and modernize its warehouse and sorting network across the Middle East. You will lead end‑to‑end process layout engineering, integrate advanced automation systems and create technical solutions for high‑stakes pre‑sales RFPs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design warehouse and sorting‑center processes, including data analysis, workflow design, route planning, equipment selection and functional area layout.
• Produce CAD layout plans and ROI analyses to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design, select and integrate automated equipment, ensuring seamless connection with WMS, WCS and TMS systems.
• Participate in pre‑sales projects, communicate with customers, interpret RFPs and prepare technical bid documents.
• Develop and refine layout standards and contribute to the standardization system for logistics operations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in logistics process engineering.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational data into actionable designs.
• Familiarity with European and international automated logistics technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
