Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The company is seeking a hands‑on, highly organised professional to manage the full flow of stock from planning and procurement through warehousing, distribution and final delivery to customers or project sites. The role blends strategic supply‑chain oversight with practical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, demand and lead times, using SAP and Excel to ensure material availability and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to manage purchase orders, shipments, customs clearance and delivery schedules.
• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch and stock transfers.
• Directly manage customer and project site deliveries, confirming site readiness, arranging equipment and resolving on‑site issues.
• Analyse supply‑chain performance, produce reports and recommend continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, commercially aware and proactive with strong organisational and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure, independently and across multiple departments.
• Willingness to spend time on‑site at warehouses, customer locations or construction sites.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
