Logistics & Storekeeper – Stock Management & Shipping

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Logistics & Storekeeper to manage our inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and support daily warehouse operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work closely with suppliers, couriers, and the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and flag discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
• Organise the store for easy retrieval, keep it clean and clearly labelled, and maintain an asset register for equipment and spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders, ensuring secure packaging and correct labelling.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange pickups, provide required documentation, and track delivery status.
• Maintain a shipment log tracking outbound orders, delivery confirmations, and returns.
• Coordinate with suppliers on inbound deliveries, handle import paperwork, and verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
• Support the operations team with packing, loading, and handling of heavy or sensitive equipment while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics.
• Physically able to lift and move stock and equipment.
• Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory tools.
