Logistics Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Logistics Supervisor to lead teams in both Amazon Logistics (AMZL) and Fulfilment Centre (FC) environments. The role combines operational leadership with continuous improvement, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in AMZL and FC, managing 30‑40 Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers and Associates.
• Allocate labour, lead shift meetings, assign duties and maintain strong organisational standards.
• Lead, train and develop high‑performing teams while ensuring safety and compliance with Amazon’s health‑and‑safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives, conducting deep‑dive analyses and becoming a subject‑matter expert on core processes.
• Communicate daily metrics, report exceptions and collaborate with cross‑functional and external agency partners.
• Utilise software and hardware tools to support operations, coordinate equipment repairs and assist with new system roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisive decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
